Both myself and Prema Julia will be hosting this training in Portugal.

It will be at ADAMAE in the Alentejo region of Portugal. www.adamae.pt

THIS TRAINING will go into in detail about:

• Mental programming, where it comes from and what are we holding.

• Working with the inner child

• Working with forgiveness processes

• Working with chakras, energy and breathwork

• Sexuality, tantra and breathwork

• Enlightenment and breathwork.

• What is your life purpose and how to manifest that.

• How to guide breathwork sessions and all the things to look out for.

• And so much more

The schedule will be aprox 9:30am ~ 6:30pm.

A maximum of 16 people.

This course is as much a personal journey as it is a training on how to facilitate breathwork sessions.

You will get a 120 hour certificate on completion of the training.

This training will be residential, accommodation (glamping) and 3 vegetarian meals a day will be included. The additional costs of this is dependant on your choice of accommodation and vary between:
Shared: 90€ a day ~ total 1,530€ or
Own tent: 120€ a day ~ total 2,040 for 17 days

We will be hosting a facilitator training every year in SriThanu, Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Investment: 2,300euros

Your place will be reserved once we receive a deposit of 900€
